I want to take this time to make a few points to those who do take my advice and training. First, I want to sincerely and personally thank you. Thank you for your trust, loyalty, and your willingness to allow me to be the front man in Your fitness. I guarantee results and my time commitment compared to those will challenge that and would otherwise take advantage of your trust.

This is the key part of training. Personal coaching is a two-way street. Just as I provide the training plan, I expect you to provide the feedback that will allow me to help you best. Throughout the program, we expect and rely upon consistent feedback from a day to day to weekly or bi-weekly basis via e-mail, phone, text etc. Let me know the results of each key workout, how you feel, race feeling or results, any problems with the training, upcoming vacations, family commitments, dining out eating options. This allows me to make any necessary adjustments to your training schedule.
After all, unlike many coaches, Your schedule is YOURS so your schedule is not set in stone but is a work in progress. It is modified continually based on your feedback and with the results of each workout and race so it is your responsibility to keep me updated on how the training is going. Unlike other coaches or coaching programs, I do not limit the number of calls, texts or e-mails from athletes… this is your advantage. I enthusiastically welcome and encourage your feedback as often as necessary, especially in the early parts of the training. Ask all your questions you need to ask. Let me know how things are going both physically and mentally. You are the only one who truly knows your body so I rely on your feedback to keep your program on the track to success.
