Specifics of the programIn your 30 to 90 days (and so on) we will develop jogging and running.
We will start of course with the fundamentals of running- -How to run? -Jogging form -What your body is telling you -Breathing -Heart Rate -Food Choices -Light and introductory strength training (gym or no gym options) After we hit some basics as the early weeks of your running building we will then transition from the jog into the run. By adding runs and jogs we will build the cardiovascular system and the endurance needed to kill your first 5k race. -Running form vs. a jogging form -Breathing -Heart Rate -More "intense" workout plan then previous weeks. -We will increase strength training -Light introduction to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). After your successful transition into RUNNING ( or a run, jog, walk combo) we will then build a base, build speed, build to a peak. |
