I began my running career in eighth grade by joining the Cross Country team. At that point I honestly hated everything about running... the miles, the distance, time commitment, sweating, the pain and the grind. So trust me, I know running can suck.
After a not too bad eighth grade year I decided I enjoyed to the sport and decided to train seriously. I entered my freshman year of high school at Lehman Catholic High School based out of Sidney, Ohio running some solid times always improving into my senior of High School. After High School I was recruited to join the successful Saint Leo University Cross Country and Track programs.

My Influences:
Not only have I been honoured to train under some of the best coaches to offer such as Olympic Gold Medalist, Bob Schul, I have studied and learnt the many different forms of training of different styles and techniques from the Bob Schul/Igoloi method to the Jack Daniels method to even Jeff Galloway, to Coach Roy Benson's Effort Based Training to the training to which many high profile Kenyan athletes train. Not only have I studied running, but also weight room training and stretching technique.
