Why the speed TRAINING program? This workout is an interval based workout style influenced by an Olympic Gold Medalist as well as other Olympic contenders. Originally formulated by Mihaly Igoloi then learnt by '64 Gold Medalist, Bob Schul this method increases speed with interval based training. I've trained under Schul and have paid close attention to the rhyme and reason the madness. This is why I offer my help, coaching, and constant guidance onto you.
